Berry Bliss Smoothie

Bright purple and bursting with allergen-free berry goodness, the Berry Bliss Smoothie is a tangy delight that’s perfect for sweet cravings and errand running energy. Blend up your own smoothie joy and see for yourself.
The Recipe
Blend & Enjoy:
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Cup Blackberries
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 3/4 Cup Yogurt or Avocado
- 1 Cup Water
Note: due to the blackberry seeds this smoothie has a bit of crunch to it; sieve through a strainer to smooth for younger kiddos or especially picky grown ups.
Optional Add Ins:
- 2 scoops Protein Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Seed or Oat Butter
- 1 Scoop Collagen Powder
Hacks & Good Habits
- Blend extra and pour into silicon ice cube trays for 3 hours, or overnight. Once frozen, transfer smoothie cubes into your fave freezer-safe container. Then, to enjoy, place smoothie cubes in a blender with 1 Cup Water for smoothie goodness without the ingredient gathering and clean up. (Expect the blender rinsing... we haven't found a hack for that one yet! π

- Yogurt Alternatives: try different non-dairy, soy-free yogurts to find your family's favorite. Ours are Culina Plain & Simple made with coconut & Icelandic Provisions Plain made with oat milk.
- Nut Butter Alternatives: ever had Voyage made with sunflower seeds, chickpeas, and rice, SunButter made with sunflower seeds, or GranolaButter made with oats? They're all allergen-free alternatives that can work wonders for texture and flavor of your family-favorite recipes. Pro tip: as your palette adjusts to nut-free butters, sweeten to taste by adding Maple Syrup and Vanilla Extract.
